Onboarding trainees at Ovo energy - Final task 1

You are currently working for Ovo energy, the famous electricity company specialised in green energy. Your boss wants you to present your company to young students who will come to join the staff for their training periods next month.

To do so, your boss wants you to work on the company's website and to write a short presentation on the website section 'about us'. He also asked you to motivate the trainees and show how important electricity is.

To do this final task, you need to:

• Find preliminary information about Ovo energy and green energy
  
• Divide your presentation into two parts: A/ Professional presentation with the electricity vocabulary – B/ General presentation on electricity and some historical references you have learnt during this chapter
  
• Use the simple present tense for general information about the company
  
• Write a short text (about 7 lines) for the website section 'About us', still in the simple present tense
  
• Be enthusiastic to motivate the trainees who will join the company. You can use positive adjectives such as 'amazing', 'stunning', 'fabulous', 'wonderful', 'interesting', 'fascinating'
